Simply Marbelous!
Let me introduce you to Marbelous Wood. What do you think? It's the brainchild of snedker°studio, a contemporary Danish (of coures!) design studio that develops innovative surfaces for interiors.
They do works on paper, wall cladding, but by far my favorite is their Marbelous Wood flooring line. They've reinvented traditional marbling techniques and come up with a beautifully surreal and magical product. Such fun, no? I remember learning the craft initially back in grade school and then got the chance to exercise the skills in Florence one summer (carta marmorizzata is even fun to say!), but, man, but this takes it to a whole new level...
