While most homes in L.A.’s Manhattan Beach sport a coastal look, these clients wanted something different. Something timeless and chic. Enter Breeze, who immediately breathed new life into the dated Mediterranean space with a fresh coat of white paint and updated finishes. She refinished the floors, taking them from a heavy dark ebony to a matte white oak, furnished the rooms with custom pieces, and added high-impact wallpapers. Finally, she engaged a custom metal worker to update the staircase baluster and exterior metal work, creating a showstopping architectural statement. New contemporary lighting added jewelry to the space along with curated art and global accents, lending the space the feeling of being at once fresh and collected-through-time.
